Spiritual Cleansing - About the Energy Clearing Process
Spiritual Cleansing is a form of releasement therapy and works by lovingly removing any negative energies that do not belong within the boundaries of your true Spiritual, Mental, and Physical Self. The negative energies that are removed can be manifest in many ways, on many levels, and can take many forms. No two clients are the same.
Negative energies can manifest or attach to the client in any number of ways, including but not limited to, Stress, the death of a loved one, traumatic events, childhood trauma, past lives, injuries, cancer, hospitalizations, surgery, NDE’s, drug and/or alcohol abuse, addictions, mental illness, and sexual abuse. All of the mentioned negative energies can create interference and can contribute to minor and major problems in your life.
Your spiritual life can feel like its at a standstill, even though you may feel like your trying hard to stay on track. Mentally, you may be experiencing low self-esteem, low energy, depression, and a variety of mood swings that normally seem out of character for the real you. Physically, you may be experiencing unexplained pain, discomfort, or major health problems and illnesses as a direct result of these negative energetic interferences.
Spiritual Cleansing sessions can be conducted in-person or remotely, however, remote sessions are often more effective, because the client cannot consciously interfere with the process.

A Spiritual Cleansing session may include a Soul Fragment Retrieval. Soul Fragmentation can often occur any time there is a significant emotional, physical, and/or spiritual trauma. A part of the soul can fragment or split and stay attached to a person, place or thing from a different time period. All interferences are removed so that you may be brought back to your true spiritual path in life.
In addition, your highest, most loving and caring Angels and Spirit Guides are invited to come forward to once again assist you in accomplishing your goals and helping you stay on the path of light. It is at this time that any important messages are requested from your Angels and Guides.
All of the interferences may not only originate in this life, but may also be carried over from past lives. During the Spiritual Cleansing session, information is requested that will help you to clarify your understanding of the origin of the interference.

Post procedure information and instructions:
- Following the clearing process your mind, body, and spirit must go through a rejuvenation period. At first, you may feel an abundance or rush of energy immediately following the procedure. Following this, you may experience feeling tired for anywhere between 1-7 days; each person is different.
- It is best to just take it easy during this time period. Listen to your body, Get proper sleep and eat balanced meals each day. If you need to take a nap then go ahead and take one. It is important to remember that your energetic system is recovering from negative interference and must restore itself.
- In some cases, a dark force entity that has transformed into a being of light, may decide to stay with you to help guide you in a positive way that is opposite of it's previous role.
Helpful Hints to stay clear:
- Resolve emotional stressors that can create anger, upset, intense grief and sadness, etc., (negative thoughts and emotions create negative energy)
- Surround yourself with more positive people and positive situations. If you are around negativity a great deal, then say a brief prayer of white light protection. This way others won't drain your energy.
- Cleanse yourself through combined prayer and visualization of filling your entire body with light.
- Smudge your home and other areas regularly, at least once a week with either sweet grass or sage to prevent negative energy build-up.
