This training program develops your ability to communicate the underlying science, philosophy, and spirituality of yoga, through self observation and immersion in the process itself. Bring mat, blanket, pillow, journal, and brown bag lunch. No previous yoga experience necessary. Certificate awarded upon completion, with RYT 200 Hour status application. Training registered through Yoga Alliance since 1999.
